About the Founder

 

My name is AmberAnne.

For most of my life, I navigated various forms of abuse and trauma.
Because of this, I developed extraordinary pattern recognition at a very young age. Life moves differently when you have to scan a room the moment you enter it — when you instinctively know there’s a strong possibility something unsafe could emerge.

That kind of environment shapes you.
It teaches discernment.
It teaches awareness.
It teaches survival.

I learned how to assess safety instantly — to read tone, body language, energy, and intention in seconds. I learned how to determine what required my attention, what needed distance, and what had to be avoided entirely in order to protect myself.

This created a deep capacity for compartmentalization — not dissociation.
I have always been painfully aware.
But I learned how to sort information, emotions, and circumstances with precision in order to remain intact.

Over time, those same skills became my greatest strengths.

I used them to build the career I hold today as the Director of Human Resources for an organization with over 400 employees. I did not get here through a traditional path — I don’t even hold a bachelor’s degree. I got here because of the skillset I forged through lived experience, sharpened over time, and refined through relentless self-development.

Today, I can walk into a room and read it instantly.
I can feel dishonesty in my body before it’s spoken.
When a problem presents itself, my mind naturally maps resolution.
I see situations from beginning to end with clarity on how to build and execute a path forward.
And above all, I understand human behavior at an unnerving level.

My presence alone shifts a room.

High-Rise was built from the culmination of every part of me — the refined, the healed, the aware, and the powerful.
This method is the exact toolbox I used to build myself into the woman I am today.

I have never accepted the title of victim or survivor.
I am the author of my life.

Where I could have collapsed, I rose.
Where I could have disappeared, I expanded.
Despite what I was told, despite what I was conditioned to believe — I chose myself.

And I will continue choosing myself.

Now, I want to stand beside others as they do the same.
Because you are not broken.
You are not too far gone.
And you are absolutely worth fighting for.
